API Contracting & Remodeling

“Jesse and API Contracting did an amazing job transforming a bedroom into a full master bathroom and closet. From the first time I met Jesse, I knew he was the contractor I wanted to work with. He was professional, honest, communicated throughout the entire process, helped us choose finishes, and worked with our budget. David was also great to work with and was consistently on-site making sure everything was taken care of. He kept me updated, was extremely professional, and made the entire process easy. They also went above and beyond when I decided mid-project that I wanted new French doors for the master bedroom. They helped pick them out and had them installed within a day. Overall, great communication, quality work, and excellent customer service. My family and I couldn’t be happier with the finished project. I highly recommend Jesse and API Contracting, and they’ll definitely be my first call for any future projects.”

“We had a great experience working with API! Jesse was incredibly patient in answering all of our questions and provided honest, thoughtful feedback that helped us make the best decisions possible for our project. Our project manager, David, was also fantastic. He was responsive, dependable, and attentive throughout every step of the process, which made the entire experience feel smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate the level of service we received and will definitely be contacting API again for future projects!”

“I needed a remodel due to water damage. Living room, dining room, half bathroom, and kitchen. I needed new insulation and drywall, baseboards, flooring, and an entire kitchen (custom cabinets, counter tops, and tile backsplash) I also had another bathroom entirely redone. Jesse was quick to respond to my inquiry and even quicker to come out to take measurements for a custom quote. He was very polite and professional throughout the whole process and made sure everything was taken care of. David, the project manager, handled the day to day with the contractors. If I had any issues, David made it right. The pricing was very fair for all the work done and work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Jesse and David also kept me up to date on everything as work progressed. David also went above and beyond. I had a new washer installed by a big box store and he noticed the hook-up was leaking through to the wall behind it (the garage). He fixed it right away. Any surprise issues that occurred over the course of the construction, David proactively took care of. I did not have to worry about much with David taking care of everything! I appreciate Jesse and his team for their hard work and care with my home and highly recommend them! It feels like a completely different place now after the forced demolition due to the water damage. The before picture of the kitchen and bathroom shows how it looked before I called API Remodel.”

“Jesse and his team worked on my house a few weeks ago. Jesse took the time to work with on my specific parameters and when the team showed up, they respected my space and completed the job well. I am happy with the work and plan on working with them further.”
