Both were incredibly professional, kind, accommodating, and genuinely easy to work with throughout the entire process. I purchased a Nectar mattress, Tempur-Pedic pillows, and Fusion mattress and pillow protectors to complete my custom bed. We originally intend for this room to eventually become a guest/kids’ room, but for now I’ve been using it myself, and I have to say, my sleep has been absolutely perfect for the first time ever!
