“Simply the best! I hired them to create precise floor plans and measurements, and they came out right away when I needed them. The results were accurate and delivered much faster than expected. The owner is extremely friendly and took the time to explain the entire process. Since he is also an appraiser, he offered valuable advice and insights that taught me a great deal; even from this relatively small service. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely use them again for all my real estate appraisal and measurement needs.”

“We have a unique property on a popular lake Dave came out with his many years of experience in this area and did an extremely thorough job capturing the home and all its details and followed up sending an even more detailed and thorough written report breaking down his appraisal so we would understand completely the home’s true market value. I highly recommend Dave and Mary Trend Appraisals”

“Dave can help with any kind of home question—before you buy, remodel or sell. He provided all points of view, including options we had not considered to help us make the best decision regarding our goals. Actually we ended up going in a different direction after considering all of the information. We highly recommend reaching out to MarketTrend for any home related questions.”

“Great experience. I wanted a professional layout of my home instead of guessing and something to look at on the computer. Dave was pleasant to communicate and work with and very responsive. He spent a lot of time once we met in person to make sure I wasn't spending more than I needed to. Ended up saving a significant amount and not over scoping my project. Fully recommended Dave for his services.”

“Dave with Marketrend Appraisals has been absolutely wonderful to work with. He has been prompt, knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. I appreciated his approach so much that I contracted him for my Pre-Listing Appraisal, MT Record (measurement), and Photography, including drone photography! If you're looking for a qualified appraiser that is truly a "one stop shop", Dave @ Marketrend Appraisals is whom I would recommend.”
